We enjoyed our dinner immensely! Yummy! Shrimp & Crab! Delicious! The building is rustic and plain, but its appeal is the laid back old Florida ~dock side atmosphere. Charming!
Legendary! It may not be for everyone but it is for me. You're not going to like it if you're a snob, like polished restaurants and expect good service. If you're someone who likes local gems, cheap beers, great food then come here. This is a local hole in the wall place with water views. Cash only. Order large shrimp + beer, sit outside, chat with locals and enjoy the life.
Would never have thought to eat dinner here without several people highly recommending it to us. It looks a lot like our fish markets at home but they don't have restaurants in them. Unfortunately, they were out of the Smoked Salmon Dip. We got the steamed shrimp, which I think is the main reason people come here. Would definately come back if we are in the area.
Great little dive for a casual meal. They have the patio enclosed and the heaters on, so was very comfortable despite the current chilly weather. Lovely outdoor section that would be great when it warms up. Service is excellent and friendly. They are still very CASH-ONLY, despite the confusing information on their website. The menu leaves little choice. They could really stand to add a couple simple side dish options, like rice or a baked potato. The shrimp, salmon fillet, and mullet fillet were all great and the value is excellent. Just be careful picking the bones out, as they serve you the whole fish.
Cash only and definitely a locals place. The shrimp is what everyone comes here for & the mullet dip is good. Nothing fancy about this place. Would come back, especially because service was good. On the water, so it has good views, and lots of seats. Doesn't look like much from the outside but a good stop for sure.
